Mancini to select strikers for final four

Roberto Mancini will name his squad for the Nations League finals on Thursday, with a number of strikers in contention for a place in the team. Ciro Immobile, Andrea Belotti and Federico Chiesa are all in contention to start up front for Italy in their semi-final against Spain on October 6. Immobile is the Serie A top scorer for the past two seasons and has been in excellent form for Lazio this season, scoring eight goals in seven games. Belotti is also in good form for Torino, scoring five goals in seven games, while Chiesa has impressed for Juventus, scoring three goals in six games. Mancini is likely to select two strikers for his squad, with Immobile and Belotti the most likely candidates to start. Chiesa could also be included in the squad, but he is more likely to be used as a substitute. Italy will be looking to win the Nations League for the first time, having finished third in the inaugural tournament in 2019. They will face Spain in the semi-finals on October 6, with the final taking place on October 10.
